The problem
Amateur teams plan drafts in spreadsheets and Discord threads. Nothing keeps the plan, the champion pools and the live draft in one place.
What I built
A team workspace with shared champion pools, draft plans per opponent, and a live pick/ban simulator. Auth, realtime and storage on Supabase, the UI in Next.js.
What I learned
Scope. The first version grew a social layer nobody needed. The rework cut it back to drafting, planning and sharing, and the app got better for it.
